btpkr Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

btpkr is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Pakistani players. The platform provides sports betting (including live cricket and virtual sports), crash games, fishing games, and related entertainment products, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply regardless of the device or method you use to access btpkr — whether that is a desktop browser, a mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other access method.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use btpkr. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. btpkr will notify registered players of material changes via the contact information on their account, but the obligation to stay informed rests with the player.

To register and use btpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. btpkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. btpkr is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or play, and any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• Residency: The btpkr platform is operated for players located in Pakistan. You must be accessing the platform from within Pakistan and must be a Pakistani national or lawful resident.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law. If you are under any legal incapacity, you are not permitted to use btpkr.
• Not a problem gambler: You must not be a self-excluded player or a player who has otherwise requested to be excluded from gambling services. If you are currently enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme, you must not attempt to register on btpkr.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, and close family members of btpkr and its partners are not permitted to hold player accounts on btpkr.

Every person is permitted to hold one and only one btpkr account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your btpkr account. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account access credentials. btpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify btpkr immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via the email listed in Section 14.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your btpkr account, including family members. Each person must hold their own account.
• Account details — including your registered mobile number and email address — can be updated by contacting btpkr support with appropriate identity verification. We do not permit self-service changes to core account identity details without verification.
• btpkr accounts are personal and non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

All financial transactions on btpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpkr does not process transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction. There is no upper limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposits.
• Withdrawal minimums: Rs 200 per withdrawal request. Withdrawal maximums are set at the account tier level and will be communicated to players via the account dashboard.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within two to five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within one to two business days depending on your bank.
• Matching payment methods: btpkr reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own. You must not use funds obtained through third-party credit, borrowed money, or any unlawful means to fund your btpkr account.
• KYC for large withdrawals: Withdrawals above a certain threshold may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification including a CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership before processing.
• No fees from btpkr: btpkr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges; btpkr has no control over third-party fees.

The following general principles apply to all btpkr bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. btpkr reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility at any time if there is evidence of abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, one per household, one per mobile number, one per payment method, and one per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• btpkr reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, or any bonus that was obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation of a technical error.
• Referral programme rewards are governed by the Refer a Friend terms, which are available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are only paid on genuine, arm's-length referrals — self-referral, referring family members living at the same address, or coordinated bonus farming will result in all rewards being voided and accounts being suspended.
• The free bet value and bonus cash value of any promotion cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings in excess of the qualifying stake or bonus amount — after wagering requirements are met — are withdrawable.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on btpkr. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply and will be accessible within each product on the platform.

• Minimum bet: Rs 10 per bet or game round across all products unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
• Results are final: All settled results — whether for sports bets, crash game rounds, or any other product — are final once the settlement process is complete. Results will not be reversed except in cases of a confirmed technical error or where btpkr has accepted a formal dispute submitted via the process described in Section 14.
• Odds changes: For pre-match betting, odds are confirmed at the time a bet is placed and will not change after acceptance, except where btpkr's systems have accepted a bet at an erroneously incorrect price (in which case btpkr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake). For in-play betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment of acceptance.
• Crash games fairness: All crash games on btpkr use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic process involving a server seed and a client seed. Seed values are available for independent verification within each game.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a crash game or other gaming product, btpkr will review the round and either complete it or void the round and return all stakes. btpkr will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical failure outside our control, including failures in your internet connection.
• Suspicious betting: btpkr reserves the right to void bets placed on events where it suspects match fixing, insider information, or any other form of corruption, or where bets are placed in a manner that suggests systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

btpkr is a platform for genuine entertainment betting and gaming. The following behaviours are prohibited and will result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and/or permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tools to place bets, exploit odds, or participate in any game on btpkr without human input.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets specifically to exploit pricing discrepancies between btpkr and other operators with no genuine sporting interest in the outcome.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods, or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value beyond the intended single-player benefit.
• Any form of collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market on btpkr.
• Using the btpkr platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the btpkr platform's technical systems.

btpkr monitors all account activity and uses risk management systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited behaviour is detected, btpkr will act promptly and without prior warning.

• btpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at btpkr's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Where an account is suspended pending an investigation, access to the account will be restricted during the investigation period. Funds will not be disbursed until the investigation is concluded.
• Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting btpkr support. Voluntarily closed accounts will have their remaining balance returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• btpkr will endeavour to communicate clearly with players during any suspension or investigation process, to the extent permitted by the circumstances and our obligations under applicable law.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all btpkr players and can be activated from the Account Settings section of your btpkr dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to keep your spending within budget. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to a deposit limit will take 24 hours to come into effect after the request, to allow for a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which btpkr will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during your current session.
• Self-exclusion: Request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to open a new account on btpkr.
• Cooling-off period: Request a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without the commitment of a full self-exclusion.

btpkr collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. The full details of how btpkr collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the btpkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• By creating a btpkr account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• btpkr uses industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission. Payment card details are processed through certified payment processors and are never stored on btpkr servers.
• btpkr may share limited personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.
• Players have the right to request access to the personal data btpkr holds about them. Such requests should be submitted in writing to the contact address in Section 14.

All content on the btpkr platform — including but not limited to the btpkr brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, data feeds, and software — is the property of btpkr or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btpkr platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the btpkr platform without explicit written permission from btpkr.
• The use of btpkr's brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any external publication, social media post, or promotional material is prohibited without prior written authorisation from btpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btpkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the btpkr platform, including:

• Loss of betting stakes or gaming funds resulting from bets or games you choose to place or participate in.
• Loss arising from a failure of internet connectivity, device hardware, or mobile network service on your end.
• Loss arising from a technical error or outage on the btpkr platform where btpkr acts promptly to resolve the issue and returns affected stakes where technically verifiable.
• Loss arising from your account being accessed by a third party due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits btpkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

btpkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the btpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using btpkr and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
