Your wallet PIN is never shared with or seen by btpkr.
• Bank transfers (IBFT): Your bank account name, account number, and bank name are required to process withdrawals. This information is retained as part of your account records and transaction history.
• Card payments: Card details are entered directly through a certified payment processor's interface. btpkr never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We receive only a transaction token and confirmation of payment.
• KYC documentation: For accounts that exceed certain transaction thresholds or that trigger AML monitoring requirements, btpkr may request a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. This documentation is securely stored and used solely for verification and legal compliance purposes.

btpkr is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Registration on btpkr requires confirmation of age at sign-up, and we may request documentary proof of age at any time as part of our KYC process.

If btpkr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — either through self-registration, a false declaration of age, or any other means — we will immediately close the associated account, delete the collected data to the extent permitted by law, and refund any deposits made, minus any losses incurred.
